What is Ai Ecosystem

Ai Ecosystem is a Western Australia based Small Family Business and we work with brands that enable reducing world’s carbon footprint and also in bringing the next-gen technologies into our buyers’ doorsteps.

If a brand or a product allows the user to move away from Gas or Petrol based Internal Combustion Engines and at the same time control the product from a smart phone then more likely than not we’ll be representing it.

Our portfolio is diverse, ranging from consumer goods to household appliances to end of mile transportation devices to adventure seeking gadgets. We always keep a keen set of ears and take constant feedback from our buyers and followers and accordingly update our portfolio on an ongoing basis.

Unless otherwise explicitly stated on our product listing, listed prices are almost always GST and delivery fee inclusive. Hence what you see is what you pay (no hidden charges).

Due to we being a Perth WA based business, only our Perth based customers can avail the in-store pickup facility @ 8 Meares Way Canning Vale 6155 WA.

Other than the refurbished electric scooters (which are explicitly listed as Factory Refurbished), all our products are Brand New in Box. Irrespective of the item being Brand New or Refurbished, all our sales come with 1 year Standard warranty. Warranty Terms & Conditions may be found here.

If it was an ‘Apple to Apple’ comparison, we may consider offering price match guarantee. However, this may not always apply and hence it’s best you check with us for our case by case review.

We are involved in the entire lifecycle of the products we deal with. From sales to after-sales servicing to repairs to end-of life disposal, we do everything inhouse.

The answer is Yes (for certain items such as Electric Scooters, Robotic Vacuum Cleaners, Home Security Cameras etc) and No (for others such as Walkingpads etc). It’s best you contact us beforehand to confirm on same.

Our products, accessories and spares are all genuine. All products we sell can be integrated onto their respective brands’ mobile apps (such as MI Home, Roborock, Segway-Ninebot, Kingsmith Fit etc). The ability of a device to be able to be integrated onto it’s brand’s mobile app is always the biggest proof that the product is genuine and not fake or imitation.

We work with 3 logistics providers namely Auspost, Couriers Please and Aramex. The Service Level Agreement we have with all the 3 logistics companies is 6-8 business days for interstate metro deliveries and 10-12 business days for interstate regional deliveries. That said, factors such as lockdowns due to covid or peak seasons such as ‘End Of Financial Year’ or ‘Christmas/ New Year’ can affect these delivery commitment times and as such this becomes somewhat beyond our control. We actively work with facilities’ depot Operations Managers to trace the whereabouts of delayed parcels in the event delays did occur.

We prefer to not accept Zip or Afterpay due to their enormous merchant fees.
