Put my Segway ninebot F40 (approx 2.5 years and 3600 km) in for service at Canning Vale.Service was done on the spot and I got advice on tyre pressure and braking to maximise battery longevity. Happy with the professional service, I'll be back when my tyres wear out.

Quoted me a cheap price for my tire and fixed my brake as much as they could so I didn't have to buy a new one, over all very good experience

Just outside of warranty, fixed anyway.Scooter was a week outside of warranty period. Aaron honored the warranty anyway and did a $300 repair for free. He also tightened my brakes and pumped my tires for no cost. Super recommend
I drove all the way from Mandurah to be sold a locking screw kit that didn’t contain the correct parts for a 800% percent markup over the eBay pricing absolutely abysmal business practice one of the parts in my kit is scratched up clearly been used despite what the business has claimed in their response to my review prior to this edit the black anti corrosion coating is peeling and cracked with clear wear marks

These guys were amazing to work with! I had a discontinued scooter with a poorly done Scooter Hut service. They were honest about how much it would cost to service it properly and were kind enough to offer a trade-in for a new one. Additionally, we accidentally left the D-lock on the old scooter, but when we called them about it, they had already set it aside for us. Their customer service was fantastic and their honesty was very refreshing. I can't recommend them enough!

I took my sons scooter in to get a new tube put in. I was charged $120 and by the time my son went to ride it the tyre was flat. I didn’t think I would need to check it, and as my son is 12 and has just been given this by a family friend, he thought it would be ok to ride it. Now they won’t replace it, I’m down $120 for 1 tube! And now I have to buy a new tyre. The guy in there was purposely looking for a reason not to replace it, blaming the scalloped tyre (which happened from riding it with a flat tyre!)What a terrible experience. I’m a single mum, and $120 is too much for me in the first place. Now my boys have a new scooter they can’t ride. I have only given one star because they wouldn’t let me select zero. Thanks for nothing.

Some secondhand scooters look like they should be scrapped. If its missing bits or something looks amiss, walk away, otherwise test ride it in their yard. Trying to claim warranty or refund afterwards is a nightmare unless your paying them more. You need to be aggressive or these guys will take you for granted

The owner (Majid) is one of the nicest and most knowledgable business owners I’ve met. I took my scooter twice for minor repairs and he didn’t charge me because he told me it was under warranty. He works hard to get these amazing reviews. Thanks Majid!

Lovely lovely people. Super knowledgeable and honest. I bought a refurbished scooter from them and it is great. My son fooled around on it and Sheikh fixed it immediately on a Sunday morning and was so kind and helpful. You won’t find a better business for e scooters.

Fantastic purchasing experience. My son loves his Segway e-scooter and hasn't been off it since we brought it home. Maj was knowledgable and explained everything to us and my son got to have a great test ride. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy an e-scooter plus there's peace of mind as 12 months warranty and they are the recommended repairers.

I’ve increased my rating from 4 stars to 5 on account of really excellent post sales support. Maj has been friendly and helpful and super fast to reply to all emails. A+———Bought a Segway G30P with a couple accessories, delivered to Melbourne. The price was a little higher than competitors, but they had product in stock while everyone else was only offering pre-orders. I would have preferred if it came with an Australian IEC-C5 power cable rather than them adding in one of those cheap international adaptors that always fall out of the power socket and honestly feel like a fire hazard. Have been able to pick up the correct cable on Amazon easy enough. Delivery arrived a couple days ahead of schedule and replies to email enquiries have been prompt and helpful. Overall happy with the service.

I reached out to Maj on Monday to purchase a Segway Ninebot Max 30, and within a couple of hours I was driving away with an awesome new ride!When I arrived, Maj greeted me at the gate, friendly, happy and smiling despite having had a few bumps with an aircompressor that day!The atmosphere was very relaxed, and Maj clearly knew his stuff when it comes to scooters (and the laws surrounding their safe use).I explained I had done some research prior to making my decision, and he guided me through the rest of the process with absolute ease!Awesome value, great products, amazing customer service. I am stoked with my purchase, it makes getting to and from work a breeze, plus I can now do my part to cut down on emissions (I use solar kit to charge)Maj, mate, I will be back to purchase another Segway in the near future for my wife! Thank you once again for being exceptional.

Very upset and disappointed, Don't buy from Ai Ecosystems and don't buy Segway, they cant be trusted to stick to their word.Placed my online order for 2 scooters that they showed as having in stock, a Segway Ninebot G30P ($2400).They accepted my order , took my money. Then I get a phone call saying they actually dont have any stock and suggested two other models, that they would supply to me at the same price, I reviewed the two models selected the one I wanted and informed them in writing and via telephone, where I was advised the two scooters would be dispatched from Melbourne as they had stock there and i live in Melbourne. Makes sense.... Then I get a text message saying that they now will not honor the pricing, they said that Segway is to blame and not them and that if I want the scooters I need to pay an additional $200! If I dont want to pay the extra $200 they will refund my money..... This whole experience has been very poor where I've been mislead not only once but twice, first they have stock then they don't, then they offer me a scooter at a price then they change their mind and ask for more money!!Follow up not sure what you mean by habitual negative reviews. I have left nine Google reviews in the last six year, only 4 are negative, one being this company.I am not complaining about your responsiveness. What I’m complaining about is you are listing the item still today as being in stock when it is not in stock. Secondly, you did not say to me that you would try On my behalf to get Segway to honour the price, you confirmed with me on the phone that you would honour the price. It was only today when you sent me a text message blaming Segway for not coming to the party and therefore asking me for extra money and going back on what you said the day prior and then again earlier today. It’s important for any business to honour their word and on this occasion, your company did not.

Just walked in and the guy was very professional and said he can fix my scooter flat tyer in 20 min for a good price..very happy with them.I went to scooter huts in Balcatta , had to book two weeks ahead and after 5 days that I dropped the scooter they text me saying it's gonna take a week longer to fix A flat tyer..so I took it to Ai Ecosystem in Osborne Park and got it fixed on Ecosystem...👌the spot.. we'll done Ai
