You can locate our primary service facility in Osborne Park and another store in Canning Vale, Western Australia. These two locations are strategically positioned to cater to your electric scooter repair needs.
We have the capability to service most of Australia’s leading electric scooter brands, including Segway-Ninebot, Kaabo, Inokim Pure Electric, Dragon, Zero, AnyHill, Navee, NAMI, Xiaomi.
While we strive to accommodate every electric scooter, there are instances where we may not be able to work on certain models. This is particularly true for older units that lack available spare parts or non-branded electric scooters bought from online marketplaces such as eBay, Alibaba, or Wish.
Our service process involves two main components:
- Initial Inspection – Flat Rate of $80 + GST
Our technicians will diagnose your electric scooter’s issue and compile a list of necessary repairs to get you back on the road. They will then provide a quote for the required repairs. You have the flexibility to choose which repairs to proceed with, and if you decline the quote, you can collect your scooter after settling the inspection fee. - Conducting Repairs – $120 Per Hour + Cost of Parts
Upon approval of the quote, we’ll order any needed parts and initiate the repairs. If any changes arise during the repair process, we’ll inform you beforehand to avoid surprises. Your invoice will be issued upon completion of the repairs, and once settled, you can retrieve your scooter.
We try to prioritize customer satisfaction with our repairs and will get to your scooter as soon as possible, usually we will get you back on the road within a day however if additional parts need to be ordered we ask you give us an extra few days.
