The Surron Light Bee L1E 2023 Road Registrable Electric Dirt Bike has received several improvements to its battery capacity, suspension, and braking system. Ampd Brothers is now an official Australian partner and distributor of Sur-Ron, a renowned electric motorcycle brand.
The Light Bee L1E is the road-ready version of the off-road Light Bee X model. It is designed to be legally registered for road use in Australia. Equipped with the X Controller and a 5KW output mid-motor, this bike delivers impressive performance both on and off the road.
Many consider this electric dirt bike comparable to a conventional 110-125cc combustion engine bike, making it suitable for various purposes such as outdoor expeditions, farm work, or weekend recreational riding. It caters to riders of almost all ages.
The Surron Dirt Bike excels in conquering various terrains, including sand, hills, dirt, and grass, thanks to its lightweight aluminum construction. The bike is equipped with upgraded 4-piston brakes for improved stopping power, a removable and swappable 34AH Panasonic battery for extended riding range, and a fast charging capability with the included 10A Fast Charger, allowing a full charge in 3-4 hours.
Some notable features of the L1E Road Ready Model include a 34AH Panasonic battery, side view mirrors, a Taco dashboard display, front and rear lights with indicators, a number plate mount, and a steering lock.
