After getting the runaround from everywhere else, I was able to just drop my scooter in for a puncture repair and pick up at my convenience.

Amazing services, prompt and straight to the point. Took our scooter in to be fixed, within an hour they called to let us know what was wrong and the price, an hour later fixed.

Skinny male attendant with scruffy beard was more concerned with his tablet device than giving any service. Lost a $7000 sale for my son due to lack of care. Go to Canning Vale instead.

Purchased 2 Segway Scooters from them.
- Arived at shop during normal shop opening hours, but the shop was closed (advertised as open). Came back the next day and purchased the scooters. Came back a week later asking for help on how to activate the Segway security function on my Iphone - FIND MY SCOOTER. They advised come back another time as he did not know how to do it.

I had a disappointing experience with this service. They told me I needed a completely new brake for my scooter, which would have cost a significant amount—but another company fixed the issue on the spot by simply replacing a missing screw, completely free of charge. On top of that, they quoted me $50 more than the average price to replace a tyre. It felt like they were trying to upsell unnecessary work. I won’t be returning and would recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to any repairs here.

Totally disorganized. They don't know when parts are coming in, they don't know when they will get to your scooter. Scooters sit around there for days without being looked at. They have limited care in their work and no respect for customers

Few interactions I've had to buy scooter, get warranty repair, and later tire repair have always been friendly and fast. Canning Vale shop is good too. Support this small business

Very upset and disappointed, Don't buy from Ai Ecosystems and don't buy Segway, they cant be trusted to stick to their word.Placed my online order for 2 scooters that they showed as having in stock, a Segway Ninebot G30P ($2400).

They accepted my order , took my money. Then I get a phone call saying they actually dont have any stock and suggested two other models, that they would supply to me at the same price, I reviewed the two models selected the one I wanted and informed them in writing and via telephone, where I was advised the two scooters would be dispatched from Melbourne as they had stock there and i live in Melbourne. Makes sense.... Then I get a text message saying that they now will not honor the pricing, they said that Segway is to blame and not them and that if I want the scooters I need to pay an additional $200! If I dont want to pay the extra $200 they will refund my money..... This whole experience has been very poor where I've been mislead not only once but twice, first they have stock then they don't, then they offer me a scooter at a price then they change their mind and ask for more money!!

Follow up not sure what you mean by habitual negative reviews. I have left nine Google reviews in the last six year, only 4 are negative, one being this company.

I am not complaining about your responsiveness. What I’m complaining about is you are listing the item still today as being in stock when it is not in stock. Secondly, you did not say to me that you would try On my behalf to get Segway to honour the price, you confirmed with me on the phone that you would honour the price. It was only today when you sent me a text message blaming Segway for not coming to the party and therefore asking me for extra money and going back on what you said the day prior and then again earlier today. It’s important for any business to honour their word and on this occasion, your company did not.

Just walked in and the guy was very professional and said he can fix my scooter flat tyer in 20 min for a good price..very happy with them.
I went to scooter huts in Balcatta , had to book two weeks ahead and after 5 days that I dropped the scooter they text me saying it's gonna take a week longer to fix A flat tyer..so I took it to Ai Ecosystem in Osborne Park and got it fixed on Ecosystem...👌the spot.. we'll done Ai

I had Aaron serve me today and he was so brilliant. He has a genuine “can do” mentality and a spirit of kindness, which showed in her service to me and when I overheard him on the phone to customers.

Don't waste your time with other scooter shops. This guy is an absolute professional and proper technician. He's helped me out in the past with speciality parts on hand everyone else need to order in. And on the spot tube replacement when others wanted days. I'm never going to even bother with anyone else ever again. Even if he's busy I'll wait cause of how nice a person he is. People like this deserve your money, not the chain stores

Happy with my purchase. Seller is nice gave me good advice. He even brought the model I wanted to buy that was only available in Canning Vale store to the Scarborough one coz I couldn’t get there. I recommend.

Very helpful. I came in and my charge cord wasn’t working at home for my Ninebot G30 scooter. Owner helped me resolve this issue and also pumped up my tires for no fee. I will definitely be going to him for other scooter issues and my next purchase if needed.
