The new MI Electric Scooter Essential Lite Black version is the ultimate electric scooter for people on the go.

This model is designed keeping in mind the Lite users. Users who during their daily commutation don’t travel for more than 20 kilometres before having access to an electrical socket for a quick charge.

The Essential Lite model can travel up to a maximum speed of 20 km/ hr. This of course depends on several factors such as road gradient, passenger weight etc.; but rest assured this Essential model should fulfill most of the tasks to your desired expectations.

As for the battery autonomy time, the Essential Lite model has a large battery capacity of 5100 mAh that as already mentioned will allow you to travel up to 20 km on a single charge.

These numbers however represent a conservative side and as such the battery retains much more juice, all thanks to MI’s electric scooters’ kinetic energy storage capability which during acceleration converts the kinetic energy into electrical energy and thereafter stores the same into the battery.

Also, the new MI Electric Scooter Essential has a regenerative braking system that allows for increased braking power, thereby improving the emergency braking system of the scooter and hence the handling of the vehicle.

Highly Portable, Highly Compact

The Essential Lite version has a design that makes it highly portable, allowing you to fold it flat in only 3 seconds. The folding mechanism has only 3 steps and once folded, the scooter’s footprint reduces drastically, thereby allowing to be stored even in the tightest of the spots.

The scooter weights only 12 Kgs due to the low-density aerospace Aluminium material used for its construction.

The LED display provides all the critical information and the display alpha numerical is legible enough to allow you for an effortless read-through without much distraction while on the go. This model also has an ultra-bright headlight which consumes as little power as 1.1W but can provide illumination to up to 6 metres from the scooter.

Moreover, you may get far more information from your smartphone by synchronizing it to the scooter using Bluetooth. Using the Mi Home Application, you have all the required information at your finger tips.

The silicone-coated handlebar with small dots or folds are developed to prevent slippage and the dual brake system consisting of a ventilated disc brake and an anti-lock braking system gives an effective braking distance of 7.35 metres.

The red warning lights on the back and the 8.5″ with a rubber compound are all safety features that’ll ensure you have a safe ride back home.
